This page lists the third-party subprocessors that SuperRecall.ai (DynaNet Online Support Inc.) engages to deliver the platform, and provides a downloadable Data Processing Addendum (DPA) template for enterprise procurement and security reviews.

Data Processing Addendum (DPA)

Our standard DPA template incorporates the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Module Two), the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, and a CCPA service-provider addendum. Current Subprocessors

Each subprocessor is contractually bound to data-protection obligations no less protective than those in our DPA.

Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Amazon Web Services, Inc.

Purpose: Primary cloud hosting, application compute, encrypted data storage, and database services for the SuperRecall.ai platform.

Cloudflare

Cloudflare, Inc.

Global edge network (data processed in the closest region to the visitor)

Purpose: Content delivery network, DNS resolution, DDoS protection, and edge security for superrecall.ai domains.

Replit

Replit, Inc.

United States

Purpose: Application deployment, build, and hosting infrastructure for the marketing site and staging environments.

Google Analytics 4

Google LLC

Purpose: Aggregate website usage analytics to improve product and marketing pages. IP anonymisation enabled; no personal data sold.

Purpose: Internal email, document storage, and calendaring used by SuperRecall.ai personnel for customer support and procurement correspondence.

Notification of changes

SuperRecall.ai will provide at least 30 days' prior notice of the addition or replacement of a subprocessor by updating this page. Customers under an active Master Agreement may also subscribe to subprocessor change notifications by emailing privacy@superrecall.ai. Customers may object to a new subprocessor on reasonable data-protection grounds within that 30-day window.
