    Our business

    DynaNet Online Support Inc. operates SuperRecall.ai, an AI-powered product recall and regulatory compliance monitoring SaaS platform. We are a small technology company with staff in Canada and India. We do not manufacture physical goods or operate complex supply chains.

    Our commitment

    We are committed to ensuring that modern slavery and human trafficking have no place in our business or supply chain. We do not tolerate forced labour, child labour, or human trafficking in any form.

    Our supply chain

    Our primary supply chain consists of software infrastructure providers (AWS, Replit), SaaS tools, and professional services. We assess suppliers for ethical practices and maintain transparency in our commercial relationships.

    Due diligence

    We conduct appropriate due diligence on new suppliers. All staff and contractors are engaged under written agreements with fair compensation at or above applicable minimum wage requirements.

    Training and awareness

    All team members are made aware of their responsibility to identify and report any concerns relating to modern slavery or human trafficking.
